Rental prices, minimum stay, availability calendar and booking conditions can be entered according to instructions provided by the owner.
Professional photography is not included and can be booked separately.
Creation of listings on additional platforms is charged separately.
Translation or adaptation into additional languages is not included unless specifically agreed.
Tourist registration, licence applications, legal compliance checks and obtaining required registration numbers are not included.
The owner is responsible for providing accurate property information and confirming that the property may legally be offered for the intended type of rental.
Publication may depend on identity verification, property verification, registration details and approval requirements imposed by the selected platform.

Ongoing price management, calendar management, guest communication and reservation management are separate services unless included in a full management package.
