Urgent property attendance for situations that require a local physical check when the owner is unavailable or away.
The service may be used for suspected leaks, alarms, reported damage, access problems, broken windows or doors, neighbour complaints or other urgent property-related incidents.
Access must be available through the owner, an authorised representative or an active key-holding arrangement.
On arrival, a basic visual inspection is carried out to determine the apparent nature and urgency of the problem.
Photos or short visual evidence may be provided to document the condition found during the visit.
The owner is informed of the observed situation and any immediate action that appears necessary.
Where safe and reasonable, basic temporary measures may be taken to reduce further damage, provided they do not require specialist repair work.
The service does not include plumbing, electrical, locksmith, glazing, security-system or other technical repairs.
If a specialist contractor is required, attendance or coordination can be arranged as a separate service.
Materials, replacement parts, contractor charges and emergency technician fees are not included.
The service does not replace police, fire, ambulance, gas-emergency or other public emergency services where such services are required.
Entry into a property is carried out only where lawful access has been authorised.
Additional waiting time, repeated attendance or extended supervision beyond the initial call-out is charged separately.
A brief report may be provided after the visit with photos and the actions taken.
