It can also be used to collect keys after a stay, maintenance visit or other authorised property access.
The handover is carried out at 1 agreed address and at the agreed time.
The recipient may be asked to confirm their name or booking details where required by the owner or property manager.
The service covers key handover or collection only.
Full guest check-in, explanation of property systems, property inspection and contractor supervision are not included.
Additional sets of keys, access cards, garage remotes or other access devices may be handled where agreed and may affect the price.
Waiting time caused by late arrival or unavailable access beyond the agreed allowance may be charged separately.
A second visit caused by incorrect address information, delay or failed handover is charged separately.
Additional collection or delivery addresses are charged separately.
Late-night or out-of-hours key delivery may be charged according to the applicable service category.
The service does not include locksmith work, key copying, lock replacement or access-system repairs.
Keys are handed over only according to the owner's authorised instructions and agreed service procedure.
