The service is suitable for property owners who cannot be present personally when a delivery or contractor visit takes place.
Access is provided only to the person or company authorised by the owner.
The representative attends the property at the agreed time, opens the property and provides access to the agreed areas.
Where required, the representative may remain at the property during the scheduled delivery or contractor visit.
Access to rooms or areas not required for the agreed work can remain restricted where practical.
Basic photos may be taken before or after the visit if this has been agreed with the owner.
The representative may confirm that the contractor or delivery has attended and report basic information about the visit to the owner.
The service does not include technical supervision, assessment of workmanship, certification or acceptance of completed repairs.
The representative does not instruct contractors on technical methods unless specifically authorised and qualified to do so.
Signing contracts, accepting financial liability or approving additional paid work on behalf of the owner is not included unless specifically authorised in advance.
After the visit, accessible doors and windows used during the attendance are checked and the property is secured according to the agreed procedure.
Waiting time caused by late delivery or contractor arrival may be charged separately.
Attendance extending beyond the agreed service period and repeat visits are charged separately.
Keys or access credentials must be available through the owner, authorised representative or an active key-holding service.
