The service is suitable for holiday rentals, villas, apartments and second homes.
The required products are agreed in advance using a shopping list or predefined welcome-pack specification.
Typical items may include bottled water, milk, bread, coffee, tea, fruit, snacks and basic household consumables.
The service may include placing an order with a local retailer, coordinating delivery or collecting agreed products where this has been arranged.
When access to the property is available, purchased products may be placed in the kitchen, refrigerator or another agreed area.
Refrigerated or frozen products are stored appropriately where suitable appliances are available and operating.
The purchase price of groceries and household products is not included in the coordination fee.
Retailer delivery charges, service fees and other direct purchase costs are charged separately.
Product availability cannot be guaranteed. Where necessary, reasonable substitutions may be made according to the owner's instructions.
Special dietary products, premium brands or unusually large orders may require additional coordination and advance approval.
The service does not include preparation or cooking of food.
Cleaning, linen preparation, guest check-in and complete pre-arrival property setup are separate services unless specifically booked.
Orders requested at short notice or requiring additional travel may be subject to an additional charge.
A purchase confirmation or receipt can be provided where available.
