Linen turnover service for a 3-bedroom holiday rental, apartment, villa or other short-term accommodation.
The service is intended for preparing 3 bedrooms and agreed guest linen between departures and new arrivals.
Used bed linen is removed from the beds and placed in the agreed laundry bag, container or storage area.
All 3 beds are made with clean linen sets supplied for the property.
The service may include fitted or flat sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and other standard bed linen included in the agreed property setup.
Used guest towels are collected and replaced with the agreed clean towel sets.
Clean linen and towels must be available at the property unless linen supply or delivery has been separately arranged.
Basic visual checking of the clean linen for obvious stains or damage may be carried out before use.
Missing, damaged or heavily stained linen may be reported to the owner or property manager.
Washing, drying, ironing and professional laundry processing are not included unless separately booked.
Linen rental, purchase of replacement linen and replacement towels are not included unless specifically agreed.
Transport of used linen to a laundry and return delivery of clean linen are separate services unless included in the agreed package.
Full turnover cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen or other property areas is not included in this linen-only service.
Additional beds, sofa beds, baby cots or unusually large quantities of linen may require an additional charge.
The property must be accessible at the agreed time and clean linen must be available before the next guest arrival.
