Secure holding of 1 set of keys for a private home, apartment, holiday property or other managed property.
The service is intended for owners who need a local key holder without regular property inspections or additional management services.
The keys are registered when received and stored according to the agreed key-holding procedure.
Where practical, keys may be identified using an internal reference rather than the full property address.
The service covers custody of the keys only.
Routine property visits, inspections, meter checks and photo reports are not included.
Guest check-in, guest key delivery and key collection are not included.
Providing access to cleaners, maintenance technicians, contractors or other third parties is not included unless separately authorised and booked.
Emergency attendance at the property is not included and is charged as a separate call-out service.
Keys are released or used only according to the owner's authorised instructions and applicable service procedures.
Additional sets of keys, remotes, garage controls, access cards or similar devices may be subject to additional charges.
Replacement of lost, damaged or non-functioning keys, remotes or access devices is not included.
Changing locks, copying keys and locksmith services are separate services.
The owner should inform us of any changes to locks, alarm systems or access arrangements that affect the stored keys.
