The service applies to a typical residential property with walls of normal height and surfaces generally suitable for repainting.
The scope may include walls in the living areas, 4 bedrooms, hallways and other standard internal areas agreed before work begins.
Basic preparation may include removal of loose dust, protection of accessible floors and adjacent surfaces and minor local preparation before painting.
Standard interior wall paint is applied to the agreed surfaces. Up to two coats may be applied where required for normal and even coverage.
The service is intended for a standard single-colour or simple colour scheme using conventional interior wall paint.
Paint and consumable materials are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
Major cracks, holes, damaged plaster, peeling coatings, significant unevenness or unstable surfaces require additional preparation and are assessed separately.
Treatment of damp, mould, water damage, nicotine staining or other significant contamination is not included.
Painting of ceilings, doors, door frames, skirting boards, radiators, windows, built-in furniture or other non-wall surfaces is not included unless specifically agreed.
Strong colour changes, particularly from dark to light colours, may require primer or additional coats and are charged separately where necessary.
Large villas, multi-storey properties, unusually high walls, extensive stair areas or properties substantially larger than a standard 4-bedroom home require an individual quotation.
The property should provide reasonable access to the walls. Extensive furniture moving, removal of wall-mounted items or significant preparation of occupied rooms may be charged separately.
