The service applies to walls that are dry, stable, reasonably smooth and suitable for wallpaper application.
Before installation, the accessible wall surface is checked for visible defects that could affect adhesion or the final appearance.
Basic preparation may include removal of loose dust, minor local cleaning and protection of adjacent accessible surfaces.
Wallpaper is measured, cut and installed according to the manufacturer’s installation method and agreed layout.
Pattern matching is carried out where required by the wallpaper design.
Suitable wallpaper adhesive is applied according to the wallpaper type and substrate requirements.
Joints, corners and edges are aligned and finished as accurately as the wall condition and wallpaper material allow.
Wallpaper and adhesive are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
Wall smoothing, extensive filling, plaster repair, primer application, sealing unstable surfaces and other major preparation are not included unless specifically agreed.
Removal of existing wallpaper, vinyl coverings, textured coatings or other previous finishes is a separate service.
Installation of murals, very wide-format wallpaper, delicate natural materials, textile coverings, metallic finishes or other specialist wall coverings may require an individual quotation.
Walls affected by damp, mould, active leaks or unstable plaster must be repaired before wallpaper installation.
Exact pattern alignment may be affected by walls, ceilings or corners that are significantly out of level or square.
