Installation of 1 new water supply point in a home, apartment, office, rental property or other premises.
The service is intended for creating a new cold or hot water connection from an existing accessible water supply line.
The price applies to a standard installation where the existing pipe is accessible and the new water point can be created without major alterations to the property.
The service may include connection to the existing supply pipe, installation of the required branch connection and preparation of the new water outlet for connection to a tap, appliance or other suitable plumbing fixture.
Pipes, isolation valves, tees, adapters, connectors, flexible hoses and other installation materials are not included unless specifically stated. Required materials are charged separately.
The service does not include installation of drainage, connection of the final appliance or fixture unless agreed separately, long pipe runs, opening or rebuilding walls, floors or ceilings, tile replacement, decorative repairs or structural work.
Installation inside concealed systems or locations requiring significant access work is assessed separately.
If the existing water installation is damaged, corroded, unsuitable or requires modification before the new point can be connected safely, additional work will be quoted separately.
