Professional replacement of basin and kitchen taps in homes, apartments, offices, rental properties and other premises.
The price shown applies to replacement of 1 standard tap or mixer with normal access and existing suitable hot and/or cold water connections.
The service includes shutting off the local water supply where accessible, disconnecting and removing the existing tap, installing the new compatible tap, reconnecting it to the existing water supply and carrying out a basic leak and functionality check.
The customer should provide the new tap or mixer unless supply has been agreed separately.
The new tap must be compatible with the sink or basin, mounting hole and existing plumbing connections.
Replacement flexible hoses, isolation valves, adapters, fittings and other additional components are not included unless specifically stated. If required, they will be quoted separately.
The service does not include modification or relocation of water pipes, installation of new water points, drilling new holes in stone or worktops, replacement of the sink or basin, repair of damaged cabinetry or major plumbing alterations.
If seized fittings, corrosion, damaged pipework or inaccessible connections are discovered during removal, additional labour or parts may be required and will be agreed separately.
