Replacement of 1 standard toilet in a home, apartment, office, rental property or other premises.
The price shown covers labour only and applies where the existing water supply and waste connection are suitable for the new toilet.
The service includes shutting off the local water supply where accessible, disconnecting and removing the existing toilet, installing the new compatible toilet, reconnecting the water supply and waste outlet, and carrying out a basic flush and leak test.
The customer provides the new toilet, cistern and seat unless their supply has been agreed separately.
The new toilet must be compatible with the existing waste outlet position, water connection and available installation space.
Replacement flexible hoses, isolation valves, connectors, seals, fixing kits and other additional parts are not included unless specifically stated. If required, they are charged separately.
The service does not include relocation of water or waste pipes, alteration of the floor or wall, major tile work, repair of damaged flooring, concealed cistern installation, wall-hung toilet installation or structural modifications.
Removal and disposal of the old toilet is not included unless specifically stated in the service card.
If damaged pipework, unsuitable waste connections, corrosion or other installation problems are discovered after removal, additional work and materials may be required and will be agreed separately.
