Replacement of a standard waste trap / siphon under a kitchen sink, washbasin or similar fixture.
The price shown applies to replacement of 1 standard trap with normal access and an existing compatible waste connection.
The service includes removal of the existing trap, basic cleaning of the accessible connection area, installation of the new compatible trap and a basic water-flow and leak test after installation.
The customer should provide the new trap / siphon unless supply has been agreed separately.
The replacement trap must be compatible with the existing sink outlet, waste pipe diameter and connection configuration.
Additional adapters, extensions, connectors, seals or waste fittings are not included unless specifically stated. If required, they are charged separately.
The service does not include replacement or relocation of waste pipes, opening walls or cabinets, clearing major drain blockages, repairing damaged sinks or worktops, or modification of the drainage system.
If damaged, heavily corroded or incorrectly installed waste pipework is discovered during removal, additional work and parts may be required and will be agreed separately.
