The price shown applies to a blockage located within the toilet or the accessible local waste connection.
The service includes basic diagnosis, removal of accessible blockage material where possible and use of standard manual or mechanical toilet-unblocking methods.
The service is suitable for common blockages caused by excess toilet paper, organic waste and other normal flushable material.
After clearing, the toilet is tested with water to check basic flushing performance and identify any visible leakage from accessible connections.
Replacement seals, connectors, toilet fittings and other parts are not included unless specifically stated. If required, they are charged separately.
The service does not include removal of the toilet, main drain or sewer blockages, high-pressure jetting, drain camera inspection, opening walls or floors, excavation or repair of damaged waste pipes.
If the blockage cannot be cleared using standard methods or is located deeper in the drainage system, a more advanced drain-unblocking service may be required and quoted separately.
