The price shown applies to a leak where the source can be visually identified and accessed without opening walls, floors, ceilings or other building structures.
The service includes inspection of the affected area, identification of the probable leak source and minor repair where technically possible.
Typical cases may include leaks from exposed pipe joints, flexible hoses, valves, traps, connectors and other accessible plumbing components.
The service may include tightening accessible connections, replacing or reseating seals, minor adjustment of fittings or another straightforward repair appropriate to the identified fault.
Replacement valves, hoses, connectors, seals, pipe sections and other materials or spare parts are not included unless specifically stated. If required, they are charged separately.
The service does not include specialist hidden-leak detection, thermal or acoustic diagnostics, opening walls or floors, major pipe replacement, repair of concealed installations, structural waterproofing or restoration of water-damaged surfaces.
If the visible leak is caused by damaged pipework or another fault requiring substantial repair, the additional work and materials will be assessed and agreed separately.
