The price shown applies to 1 toilet cistern with normal access.
The service may include inspection of the internal mechanism, adjustment of the float or fill level, correction of minor flushing problems, adjustment of accessible components and basic testing after repair.
Typical faults may include continuous water flow into the toilet, slow or incomplete filling, poor flushing, a sticking flush button, incorrect water level or minor leakage from accessible internal components.
Replacement fill valves, flush valves, seals, buttons, floats and other spare parts are not included unless specifically stated. If replacement parts are required, they are charged separately.
The service does not include replacement of the complete toilet or cistern, repair of cracked ceramic components, concealed cistern systems, opening walls or tiles, modification of water supply pipes or repair of major leaks outside the cistern.
If the internal mechanism is heavily damaged, obsolete or incompatible with available replacement parts, replacement of the complete mechanism or cistern may be recommended and quoted separately.
