The call-out price covers inspection and basic diagnosis only. Repair labour, replacement parts, materials and additional services are not included unless specifically stated.
If the problem can be repaired, the technician will identify the required work and any necessary materials. Additional work is carried out only after the scope and price have been agreed.
Opening walls, floors or ceilings, specialist leak detection, drain camera inspection, major blockage removal, emergency work and regulated gas work are not included in the standard call-out.
Access to the affected plumbing installation must be reasonably available at the property.
