Laundry ironing is an additional service for an apartment, rental property, house, office or short-term rental property. It helps bring bed linen, towels, clothing and home textiles to a neat condition after washing and drying.
The service is especially convenient for rental apartments, properties with a remote owner, apartments after guests, family homes and properties where it is important to maintain a clean and well-kept appearance of textiles without the owner’s personal involvement.
Ironing can be performed at the customer’s property if there is a working ironing board, iron or steam generator, safe socket and suitable working area on site. The service can also be performed remotely if the laundry is handed over to the provider by prior agreement. Delivery of laundry to and from the ironing location is not included in the basic price and is calculated separately if such service is available.
Before starting, the cleaner confirms the volume of laundry, type of items, fabric condition, presence of difficult creases, folding requirements and where the finished laundry should be placed. If the owner is not on site, the details can be agreed in advance with the manager.

What is not included in the basic service
The basic service price does not include:
- Washing laundry
- Drying laundry
- Dry cleaning
- Manual steaming of complex items without prior agreement
- Ironing wedding dresses, suits, evening wear and complex delicate items without separate assessment
- Clothing or textile repair
- Stain removal
- Bleaching laundry
- Odour removal
- Sorting a large volume of personal belongings
- Checking pockets, labels, fabric composition and special care modes
- Buying hangers, covers, bags or additional products
- Delivery of laundry to the ironing location
- Delivery of ironed laundry back to the customer
- Responsibility for shrinkage, shine marks, deformation, overheating marks or fabric damage if exact care instructions are not provided
These tasks can be calculated separately if they are possible to perform, safe and agreed in advance.
Important limitations
Laundry must be clean and dry. Wet, dirty, mouldy, strongly smelling or biologically contaminated laundry is not accepted for standard ironing.
We do not choose the temperature mode for delicate fabrics if there are no owner instructions or readable care label. Silk, wool, linen, viscose, synthetics, fabrics with prints, embroidery, sequins, glued elements and decorative finishes may require a special ironing mode.
Not all creases can be removed completely. Over-dried laundry, thick linen, old creases, deformed fabrics and incorrectly dried items may partially retain creases even after ironing.
If ironing is performed on site, the equipment must be working and safe. The iron, steam generator, ironing board, socket and working area must be available. If the appliance is faulty, overheats, leaks, sparks or raises safety concerns, the cleaner will not use it.
If ironing is performed remotely, the conditions for handover, storage and return of laundry are agreed in advance. Transport services are not included in the basic price.
Our approach
We perform laundry ironing according to a clear technical work card: first, we confirm the volume and type of items, then check that the laundry is ready, select a safe mode, iron the items and neatly fold or place them in the agreed location.
The main goal is to prepare textiles for neat use without damaging the fabric. This is especially important for rental apartments, where clean, smooth and properly folded linen affects the guest’s impression and the overall service level.
Before/after photo or video confirmation is available on request, especially if the service is performed at a property without the owner present.
Payment and documents
Payment is made on site after the service: in cash or by card via payment link.
The service price is excluding VAT. If you need an official invoice, 21% VAT is added.
By placing an order for laundry ironing, you agree to the offer agreement, service rules, limitations related to fabric care, equipment use, remote service performance and responsibility for the condition of laundry.
