Window cleaning is an additional service for apartments, rental properties, houses, offices or serviced properties. It helps restore glass transparency, remove streaks, outdoor dust, rain marks, fingerprints, dirt from frames, window sills and accessible elements of the window structure.
Windows quickly accumulate dust, sand, water marks, salt, insects, urban dirt and everyday contamination. This is especially noticeable in homes near the sea, apartments with balconies, properties after tenants, before move-in, before sale or after a long period without use.
Before starting, the cleaner inspects the windows and assesses the accessibility of the sashes, condition of the glass, frames, window sills, tracks, balcony doors and the level of soiling. After that, a safe cleaning method is selected according to the frame material, glass type, height, access and condition of the structure.

What is not included in basic window cleaning
The basic service price does not include:
- Industrial rope access
- Exterior work at height without safe access
- Facade glazing cleaning without prior agreement
- Building facade cleaning
- Cleaning large decorative glass panels if special access is required
- Dismantling sashes, frames, glass units or fittings
- Disassembling the window structure
- Cleaning blinds, roller shutters, shutters and mosquito nets, unless agreed separately
- Removing cement, paint, construction foam, silicone and construction-related contamination
- Glass polishing
- Removing scratches, chips, glass or frame damage
- Work with emergency, cracked, poorly fixed or unsafe windows
These tasks can be calculated separately if they are possible to perform, safe and agreed in advance.
Important limitations
Window cleaning is performed only where safe access is available. If the outside of the window cannot be reached safely, that side is not cleaned or is agreed separately using special equipment.
Not all contamination can be removed with standard window cleaning. Cement, paint, glue, construction foam, silicone, old tape, limescale, corrosion, scratches and glass damage may require separate treatment or may not be removed completely.
We do not work with damaged, cracked, poorly fixed, emergency or unsafe windows. If the structure raises safety concerns, the cleaner may refuse to perform part of the work for safety reasons.
Before the service, it is recommended to clear window sills and remove personal items, plants, decor and objects that block access to the window.
Our approach
We perform window cleaning according to a clear technical cleaning card: first, we assess access and the condition of the window, then clean the glass, frames, window sills, tracks and accessible structural elements.
The main goal is to safely remove dust, outdoor dirt, streaks and everyday contamination without damaging the glass, frames, seals or fittings. We do not disassemble window structures without separate agreement and do not perform actions that may damage the window.
Before/after photo or video confirmation is available on request, especially if the service is performed at a property without the owner present.
Payment and documents
Payment is made on site after the service: in cash or by card via payment link.
The service price is excluding VAT. If you need an official invoice, 21% VAT is added.
By placing an order for window cleaning, you agree to the offer agreement, service rules, limitations related to safe access, removal of complex contamination and the condition of window structures.
