Deep cleaning for Studio T0 is a thorough cleaning service for a studio apartment or small apartment up to 40 m². The service is suitable when the property needs more detailed cleaning than regular maintenance cleaning: after long-term use, before move-in, after tenants, before sale, before the rental season or after the property has been unused for a long time.
Unlike maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning includes more detailed treatment of accessible surfaces, baseboards, doors, switches, furniture, kitchen area, bathroom, floors, glass surfaces, windows, window sills and areas with accumulated dirt. The goal of the service is not only to refresh the property, but to clean the main areas of the studio more thoroughly and bring it to a neat, clean and ready-to-use condition.
The work is performed according to the Home Guardy checklist, using professional cleaning products, technical cleaning cards and a clear sequence of tasks. Before starting, the cleaner inspects the property and assesses the condition of the kitchen, bathroom, floors, furniture, walls, baseboards, glass surfaces and difficult areas. After completion, you can receive photo or video confirmation of the result. If you are not on site, live video access or remote visual control of the process is available on request.

What is not included in basic deep cleaning
The basic deep cleaning price does not include:
- Cleaning building facades
- Roof work

- Mould removal
- Nicotine residue removal
- Fixing leaks or their consequences
- Removing construction contamination, unless post-renovation cleaning has been agreed separately
- Dismantling light fixtures, furniture, appliances or plumbing elements
- Moving heavy furniture and household appliances without prior agreement
- Work in unsafe sanitary conditions, with insects, bed bugs, active mould or biological contamination
These tasks can be calculated separately if they are possible to perform, safe and agreed in advance.
Our approach
Deep cleaning for Studio T0 is not performed as a regular quick cleaning, but as detailed checklist-based work. We clean the main areas of the studio step by step, paying attention to accumulated dirt, contact surfaces, baseboards, doors, kitchen, bathroom, floor, glass surfaces and accessible difficult areas.
For each property, we can record the cleaning history, notes, before/after photos, access details, owner preferences and additional instructions. This format is convenient for apartment owners, tenants, property managers and anyone who is not on site but wants clear control of the result.
Important conditions
Furniture, household appliances and heavy items are not moved without your consent. If access to a hard-to-reach area is required, the cleaner will agree this with you in advance.
Cabinets, refrigerator, oven, sideboards and furniture are cleaned inside only if they are empty and safely accessible for cleaning.
If the studio is heavily soiled, after a party, after long-term use without cleaning, after pets, tenants or with a large amount of non-standard dirt, the price may be calculated with an additional coefficient from 1.2 to 2.0. Any price change is agreed before additional work begins.
We do not clean properties with active mould, bed bugs, insects, biological contamination or unsafe sanitary conditions. In such cases, you must first contact a specialised disinfection or pest control service.
Payment and documents
Payment is made on site after the service: in cash or by card via payment link.
The service price is excluding VAT. If you need an official invoice, 21% VAT is added.
By placing an order for deep cleaning of Studio T0, you agree to the offer agreement, service rules, basic checklist scope, limitations and the list of tasks not included in the basic price.
