This format is suitable for family homes, rental properties and real estate where cleanliness needs to be maintained consistently after normal use or between deeper cleanings.
T3 is a housing format with a larger area and several functional zones. It may be a three-bedroom apartment, a large apartment or a small house. Such a property has more furniture, surfaces, passage areas, switches, handles and everyday contact points. For this reason, maintenance cleaning helps not only restore visual order, but also regularly control the condition of the main areas.
This is not general deep cleaning, post-renovation cleaning or deep treatment of complex dirt. The purpose of the service is to return the property to a neat condition after normal use: remove dust, mop floors, refresh the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms, collect rubbish, wipe accessible surfaces and maintain the feeling of a clean and well-kept home.
Before starting, the cleaner inspects the property and assesses the condition of the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, floors, furniture, mirrors, glass surfaces and high-contact areas. The cleaning is performed according to the Home Guardy checklist, with technical cleaning cards, a clear sequence of tasks and result control. After the cleaning is completed, you can receive photo or video confirmation. If the owner is not on site, live video access or remote visual control of the process is available on request.

Our approach
Maintenance cleaning for T3 is performed as a regular standard-based service, not as a set of disconnected tasks. For a three-bedroom apartment or small house, this is especially important: the area is larger, there are more rooms, and soiling is distributed unevenly between the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, floors, furniture and contact areas.
For each property, we can record the cleaning history, access details, notes, before/after photos, owner preferences and additional instructions. This is convenient for family apartments, small houses, rental apartments, properties owned by people living in another country or city, and homes where stable order is needed without the owner being present at every cleaning.
Important conditions
Furniture, household appliances and heavy items are not moved without your consent. If access to a hard-to-reach area is required, the cleaner will agree this with you in advance.
If the T3 property is heavily soiled, after a party, after long-term use without cleaning, after pets, tenants or with a large amount of non-standard dirt, the price may be calculated with an additional coefficient from 1.2 to 2.0. Any price change is agreed before additional work begins.
We do not clean properties with active mould, bed bugs, insects, biological contamination or unsafe sanitary conditions. In such cases, you must first contact a specialised disinfection or pest control service.
Payment and documents
Payment is made on site after the service: in cash or by card via payment link.
The service price is excluding VAT. If you need an official invoice, 21% VAT is added.
By placing an order for maintenance cleaning of T3, you agree to the offer agreement, service rules, basic checklist scope, limitations and the list of tasks not included in the basic price.
