Our approach
Deep cleaning for Apartment T2 is performed as detailed checklist-based cleaning, not as regular quick cleaning. We clean the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, floors, doors, baseboards, contact surfaces, glass elements and accessible difficult areas where dirt most often accumulates.
For each property, we can record the cleaning history, notes, before/after photos, access details, owner preferences and additional instructions. This format is convenient for apartment owners, tenants, property managers and anyone who is not on site but wants clear control of the result.
Important conditions
Furniture, household appliances and heavy items are not moved without your consent. If access to a hard-to-reach area is required, the cleaner will agree this with you in advance.
Cabinets, refrigerator, oven, sideboards and furniture are cleaned inside only if they are empty and safely accessible for cleaning.
If the T2 apartment is heavily soiled, after a party, after long-term use without cleaning, after pets, tenants or with a large amount of non-standard dirt, the price may be calculated with an additional coefficient from 1.2 to 2.0. Any price change is agreed before additional work begins.
We do not clean properties with active mould, bed bugs, insects, biological contamination or unsafe sanitary conditions. In such cases, you must first contact a specialised disinfection or pest control service.
Payment and documents
Payment is made on site after the service: in cash or by card via payment link.
The service price is excluding VAT. If you need an official invoice, 21% VAT is added.
By placing an order for deep cleaning of Apartment T2, you agree to the offer agreement, service rules, basic checklist scope, limitations and the list of tasks not included in the basic price.
