The service is intended for removal of unwanted furniture, boxes, household belongings, general clutter and standard non-hazardous waste from the property.
Items are collected from the apartment, carried to the vehicle, loaded and removed from the property.
The customer should provide photos, video or an approximate inventory before the service so the required vehicle capacity, number of workers and estimated working time can be planned.
The final price depends on the total volume and weight of the items, floor level, lift availability, carrying distance, vehicle access and disposal requirements.
Standard furniture, household items, boxes, bags and other suitable belongings can normally be included.
Large wardrobes, beds and other furniture may require dismantling before removal. Dismantling is charged separately unless included in the quotation.
Very heavy, oversized or difficult-to-handle items may require additional workers, specialist equipment or an individual quotation.
The customer must inform us in advance about stairs, absence of a lift, narrow entrances, restricted parking or other access limitations.
Where practical, items may be separated for reuse, recycling and general waste disposal.
Items intended for disposal may be transported to an appropriate recycling or waste facility according to the type of material.
Municipal, recycling-centre, landfill and other disposal fees are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
Construction rubble, asbestos-containing materials, chemicals, paints, fuels, gas cylinders, medical waste and other hazardous or regulated waste are not included in the standard service.
Removal of built-in furniture, kitchens, sanitary equipment, fixed electrical installations, flooring or other permanently installed elements is not included.
Cleaning, repairs and preparation of the empty apartment after clearance are separate services.
