Food, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable substances, illegal goods and other prohibited items are not accepted for storage.
Cash, jewellery, important original documents and other high-value personal items should not be placed in standard household storage.
Special storage requirements for artwork, antiques, temperature-sensitive goods or unusually valuable items require individual assessment.
Insurance is not automatically included unless specifically stated in the storage agreement.
