Local transport of a small load between 1 collection address and 1 delivery address.
The service covers a route of up to 30 km between the agreed pickup and delivery locations.
The distance limit is calculated from the collection address to the delivery address using the normal road route.
The service is suitable for boxes, small furniture, household items, purchases, packaged equipment and other loads that fit safely inside the assigned vehicle.
One standard pickup and one standard delivery are included.
The driver may assist with items that can be safely handled by one person.
Large, heavy or awkward items requiring two or more people require an additional mover or another transport service.
The customer must ensure that the items are ready for collection and appropriately packed where protection is required.
Furniture dismantling, assembly, packing, protective wrapping and unpacking are not included unless separately booked.
Additional collection or delivery addresses are charged separately.
Waiting time caused by unavailable items, delayed access, loading restrictions or other customer-side delays may be charged separately.
Parking fees, toll roads, ferry charges, restricted-access fees and other direct transport expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
Hazardous materials, prohibited goods and loads that cannot be safely transported in the assigned vehicle are not accepted under this service.
