The service includes collection from 1 address, transport and delivery to 1 agreed destination.
Standard loading and unloading under normal access conditions are included within the agreed service scope.
The customer should provide an accurate description or inventory of the items before the move so the required vehicle capacity, number of movers and estimated working time can be planned.
Depending on the volume of belongings, more than one vehicle or additional trips may be required and are quoted separately where necessary.
If the actual quantity of belongings is significantly greater than declared, additional vehicle capacity, labour or working time may be charged.
Standard household furniture and appliances may be carried where their size, weight and access conditions allow safe manual handling.
Very heavy, oversized or specialist items may require additional movers, lifting equipment or a separate quotation.
The customer must inform us in advance about stairs, absence of a lift, narrow entrances, long carrying distances, restricted vehicle access or other conditions affecting the move.
Furniture dismantling and reassembly, packing, protective wrapping and unpacking are not included unless specifically booked.
Additional collection or delivery addresses and waiting time caused by access problems or customer-side delays are charged separately.
Parking fees, toll roads, ferries, restricted-access charges and other direct transport expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
Long-distance or intercity moves outside the normal local service area are quoted separately.
