Transport of 1 standard household appliance between one collection address and one delivery address.
The service is suitable for a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, standard refrigerator, freezer, oven or similar domestic appliance.
The service includes loading at the collection address, transport in the assigned vehicle and unloading at the agreed destination.
The appliance must be disconnected, emptied and prepared for transport before the agreed collection time unless disconnection has been separately booked.
Water hoses, electrical connections, fixed plumbing and other utility connections are not disconnected or installed as part of the standard transport service.
The appliance must fit safely through available doors, corridors, lifts, stairways and other access points.
The customer must inform us in advance about stairs, lack of lift access, narrow entrances, long carrying distances or restricted vehicle access.
Oversized refrigerators, American-style fridge-freezers, commercial appliances and unusually heavy equipment may require additional labour or an individual quotation.
Where appropriate, the appliance is transported upright and secured to reduce movement during transport.
Protective wrapping and additional packing materials are not included unless specifically booked.
Additional collection or delivery addresses are charged separately.
Waiting time caused by an appliance not being ready, unavailable access or other customer-side delays may be charged separately.
Parking fees, toll roads, ferries, restricted-access charges and other direct transport expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
Connection, installation, testing and commissioning of the appliance at the destination are separate services.
