The final price is calculated individually according to travel distance, route, load volume, required vehicle, number of workers and expected working time.
The customer should provide an accurate description or inventory of the items before the transport is confirmed.
The assigned vehicle is selected according to the estimated volume, dimensions and weight of the load.
Standard loading and unloading may be included according to the agreed quotation and access conditions.
Very heavy, oversized or difficult-to-handle items may require additional movers, specialist equipment or a separate quotation.
The customer must inform us in advance about stairs, absence of a lift, narrow entrances, long carrying distances, restricted access or other conditions affecting loading and unloading.
Furniture dismantling and reassembly, packing, protective wrapping and unpacking are not included unless specifically booked.
Additional collection or delivery addresses, route changes and waiting time caused by access problems or customer-side delays are charged separately.
Parking fees, motorway tolls, ferry charges, restricted-access fees and other direct transport expenses are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
Hazardous materials, prohibited goods and loads unsuitable for safe transport in the assigned vehicle are not accepted.
Delivery timing depends on route distance, traffic, legal driving-time requirements, ferry schedules where applicable and other transport conditions.
