This service is individually quoted after inspection of the existing electrical installation and confirmation of the required scope.
The work may include replacement of existing electrical circuits, installation of new cable routes, socket and switch circuits, lighting circuits, dedicated appliance circuits, protective conductors and connections to the consumer unit.
The scope may also include replacement or reconfiguration of the consumer unit and protective devices where required by the new installation.
The quotation is based on property size, number of electrical points and circuits, cable routes, wall and ceiling construction, accessibility, existing installation condition and required electrical capacity.
Electrical accessories, consumer unit, breakers, RCDs or RCBOs, cable, conduits, mounting boxes, connectors and other materials are included only where specifically listed in the approved quotation.
Wall chasing, opening ceilings or floors, plastering, painting, tiling and other construction or decorative restoration are included only when specifically stated in the quotation.
Installation of specialist systems such as data networks, CCTV, alarm systems, smart-home equipment, EV chargers or solar systems is not included unless added to the project scope.
Testing and certification are included only where specified in the quotation and in accordance with the applicable local requirements.
Any defects or construction conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work begins may require additional work and will be agreed separately.
