The service covers 1 scheduled visit to inspect and diagnose 1 reported electrical problem.
The visit may include visual inspection, basic functional checks, testing of accessible electrical points and identification of the probable cause of the fault.
Typical issues may include non-working sockets or switches, lighting faults, tripping breakers, local power loss, loose electrical connections and other common electrical problems.
The call-out price includes inspection and basic diagnosis only. Repair labour, replacement parts, cable, sockets, switches, breakers and other materials are not included unless specifically stated.
If the fault can be repaired during the visit, the required work and materials will be identified and agreed before additional work is carried out.
The service does not include full electrical inspection or certification, complete fault tracing through concealed wiring, opening walls or ceilings, major rewiring, consumer unit replacement or installation of new electrical circuits.
If the fault requires more extensive diagnosis or regulated electrical work, the additional scope and price will be agreed separately.
