Installation of 1 standard video doorbell in a home, apartment, office, rental property or other premises.
The price applies where a suitable mounting position and compatible existing power or doorbell connection are available.
The service may include removal of the existing standard doorbell where required, mounting of the new video doorbell, connection to the existing compatible wiring and basic configuration of the device.
Basic setup may include connection to the customer’s Wi-Fi network and verification of live video, doorbell notification and basic app communication where supported by the device.
The customer provides the video doorbell, required mobile app account details and manufacturer-supplied accessories unless otherwise agreed.
The device must be compatible with the existing power supply, transformer, wiring, Wi-Fi network and installation conditions.
Transformers, power supplies, cable, connectors, mounting adapters, additional chimes and other components are not included unless specifically stated. If required, they are charged separately.
The service does not include installation of a new electrical circuit, extensive new wiring, concealed cable routing, major drilling through reinforced concrete or stone, access-control system integration or modification of communal building intercom systems.
Cloud storage, manufacturer subscriptions, SIM plans and other recurring third-party service charges are not included.
If the existing wiring, transformer or Wi-Fi coverage is unsuitable for the device, additional work or equipment may be required and will be agreed separately.
