Installation of 1 standard ceiling fan with integrated light in a home, apartment, office, rental property or other premises.
The price applies where an existing electrical point and suitable structural mounting position are available at the installation location.
The service may include basic assembly of the fan according to the manufacturer’s instructions, installation of blades and supplied components, ceiling mounting, connection to the existing wiring and basic testing of the fan and light.
The customer provides the ceiling fan and supplied accessories unless their supply has been agreed separately.
The fan must be compatible with the existing electrical supply, ceiling height, mounting system and available installation space.
Standard light-fitting supports are not always suitable for the weight and movement of a ceiling fan. If additional reinforcement, a special mounting bracket or anchors are required, these are charged separately.
Additional cable, connectors, mounting brackets, anchors, switches and other materials are not included unless specifically stated.
The service does not include installation of a new electrical circuit, relocation of wiring, installation of additional wall controls, concealed cable routing, structural ceiling work, decorative restoration or smart-home integration unless agreed separately.
High ceilings requiring specialist access equipment, unusually large or heavy fans and installations requiring significant ceiling reinforcement are assessed separately.
If the existing wiring or mounting point is unsuitable for safe installation, additional work will be agreed before proceeding.
