The service includes inspection of the appliance, confirmation of the fault and repair of accessible components where technically possible.
Typical problems may include failure to heat, incorrect temperature, uneven heating, failure to switch on, tripping during operation, faulty controls, error codes, fan problems, door-closing issues or internal lighting faults.
The service may include adjustment, cleaning or replacement of accessible components such as heating elements, thermostats, temperature sensors, fans, switches, door components or other compatible parts.
Heating elements, thermostats, sensors, fans, electronic control boards, switches, door parts and other replacement components are not included unless specifically stated. Required parts are charged separately.
The service does not include repair or modification of the property's electrical circuit, replacement of unsuitable power wiring, installation of a new dedicated circuit or modification of the consumer unit.
For built-in ovens, access must allow the appliance to be removed from the cabinet without major furniture dismantling or carpentry work.
Modification of kitchen furniture, worktops or surrounding finishes and repair of heat-related damage are not included.
Gas ovens and work involving gas connections are not included in this service.
If the electronic control board, wiring harness or another major component is defective, a separate repair quotation may be required after inspection.
If the cost of repair is not economically reasonable compared with the age, condition and value of the appliance, replacement may be recommended.
