The service includes inspection of the appliance, confirmation of the fault and repair of accessible components where technically possible.
Typical problems may include the fan not starting, weak extraction, unusual noise or vibration, speed-control faults, lighting problems, intermittent operation or complete loss of power.
The service may include cleaning, adjustment or replacement of accessible components such as switches, capacitors, fan motors, control modules, lighting components, sensors or other compatible parts.
Motors, capacitors, electronic boards, switches, lamps, filters and other replacement parts are not included unless specifically stated. Required parts are charged separately.
The service does not include professional cleaning of ventilation ducts, replacement or major modification of ducting, creation of a new ventilation outlet or repair of the building ventilation system.
Modification of the property's electrical installation, installation of a new electrical point, major cabinet dismantling or modification of kitchen furniture is not included.
For built-in or integrated extractor hoods, access must allow the appliance or relevant components to be reached without significant furniture dismantling.
If the motor, electronic control module or another major component is defective, a separate repair quotation may be required after inspection.
If the repair is not technically or economically reasonable considering the appliance age, condition and required parts, replacement may be recommended.
