The service includes inspection of the appliance, confirmation of the fault and repair of accessible components where technically possible.
Typical problems may include failure to start, failure to fill or drain, poor washing performance, water leakage, unusual noise, door-lock problems, heating faults, error codes or interruption during the washing cycle.
The service may include adjustment, cleaning or replacement of accessible components such as pumps, inlet valves, drain hoses, filters, door locks, heating elements, sensors or other compatible parts.
Replacement pumps, valves, hoses, heating elements, electronic modules, sensors, locks and other spare parts are not included unless specifically stated. Required parts are charged separately.
The service does not include major repair of the internal tank, structural components or other faults requiring extensive dismantling unless agreed separately.
Modification of water supply, drainage or electrical connections, dismantling or modification of kitchen furniture and repair of damage caused by water leakage are not included.
For built-in dishwashers, access must allow the appliance to be removed without major furniture disassembly or carpentry work.
If an electronic control board, circulation pump, heating system or another major component is defective, a separate repair quotation may be required after inspection.
If the cost of repair is not economically reasonable compared with the value and condition of the appliance, replacement may be recommended.
