The service is suitable for appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, electric or induction hobs, extractor hoods, tumble dryers and microwaves.
The technician will assess whether the appliance can be repaired and identify any parts or additional work that may be required.
The call-out price includes inspection and diagnosis only. Repair labour, replacement parts and consumable materials are not included unless specifically stated.
If the repair can be completed during the same visit, the additional work and any required parts are agreed before proceeding.
The service does not include dismantling built-in furniture, modification of plumbing or electrical installations, refrigerant-system work, structural work or removal and disposal of the appliance.
