The price applies to one ducted system with normally accessible indoor and outdoor equipment.
The service includes removal and cleaning of accessible reusable filters, inspection of the indoor unit and basic cleaning of accessible surfaces and air-intake areas.
Basic operational checks may include cooling and heating performance, airflow, temperature response, unusual noise and general system operation.
The condensate tray, drain and accessible drainage components are checked for normal water flow and visible signs of blockage or leakage.
Accessible supply and return air grilles may be visually checked for excessive dust accumulation or airflow obstruction.
The outdoor unit is visually inspected where safely accessible, including basic checks for dirt accumulation, visible damage and restricted airflow.
The service does not include professional cleaning of the complete duct network, internal duct disinfection, extensive dismantling of the indoor unit or specialist mould treatment.
Refrigerant pressure testing, refrigerant recharge, leak detection, electrical repairs, replacement parts and repair of defective components are not included.
