The service includes inspection of the system, confirmation of the fault and repair of accessible components where technically possible.
Typical problems may include insufficient cooling or heating, failure to start, weak airflow, unusual noise, water leakage, condensate drainage problems, error codes, remote-control faults or intermittent operation.
The service may include adjustment, cleaning or replacement of accessible components such as sensors, capacitors, relays, fan components, drain components, control elements or other compatible parts.
Sensors, capacitors, motors, electronic boards, pumps, valves and other replacement parts are not included unless specifically stated. Required parts are charged separately.
Refrigerant pressure testing, leak detection, refrigerant recharge, compressor replacement and repairs to the sealed refrigeration circuit are not included in the standard repair price and are assessed separately.
The service does not include major modification of electrical circuits, relocation of indoor or outdoor units, replacement of refrigerant pipework, structural work or decorative restoration.
Outdoor units requiring roof access, specialist height equipment or difficult access are assessed separately.
If the compressor, electronic control board, refrigeration circuit or another major component is defective, a separate repair quotation may be required after inspection.
If the repair is not technically or economically reasonable considering the system age, condition and required parts, replacement may be recommended.
