Deep cleaning and hygiene treatment of 1 standard split air-conditioning indoor unit in a home, apartment, office, rental property or other premises.
The service includes removal and cleaning of reusable filters, opening of accessible covers and preparation of the unit for deep cleaning.
Accessible parts of the evaporator coil, blower wheel, air outlets, louvers, condensate tray and internal surfaces are cleaned to remove accumulated dust, dirt and organic deposits.
A suitable cleaning and disinfecting product is applied to accessible internal surfaces where appropriate. The service is intended to improve hygiene and reduce accumulated contamination but does not constitute medical-grade sterilisation.
The condensate tray and accessible drain section are cleaned and checked for normal water flow.
Protective measures are used around the indoor unit during wet cleaning to reduce the risk of water or cleaning solution reaching surrounding walls, furniture and flooring.
After cleaning, the unit is reassembled and a basic operational check is performed.
The service does not include refrigerant pressure testing, refrigerant recharge, leak detection, electrical repair, replacement parts or repair of defective components.
Heavy mould contamination, blocked concealed drain pipes or systems requiring extensive dismantling may require additional work and are assessed separately.
Cleaning of an outdoor unit requiring roof access, specialist height equipment or difficult access is not included unless agreed separately.
