Basic preventive maintenance of 1 standard split air-conditioning system in a home, apartment, office, rental property or other premises.
The price applies to 1 indoor unit and its corresponding outdoor unit where both are accessible under normal working conditions.
The service includes removal and cleaning of reusable indoor-unit filters, basic cleaning of accessible surfaces and air inlets, and visual inspection of the indoor unit.
Basic operational checks may include cooling or heating operation, airflow, temperature response, unusual noise and general system behaviour.
The condensate drain and accessible drainage components are checked for normal water flow and obvious signs of blockage or leakage.
The outdoor unit is visually inspected where safely accessible, including basic checks for dirt accumulation, visible damage and obstruction of airflow.
The service does not include deep cleaning or disinfection of the evaporator, blower wheel or internal components, complete dismantling of the indoor unit or specialist mould treatment.
Refrigerant pressure testing, refrigerant recharge, leak detection, electrical repairs, replacement parts and repair of defective components are not included and are charged separately when required.
Outdoor units requiring specialist access equipment, roof access or work at significant height are assessed separately.
If a fault is identified during maintenance, the necessary diagnosis or repair is agreed separately.
