Maintenance cleaning for a Studio T0 is a regular cleaning service for a studio apartment or small apartment up to 40 m². The service is suitable for everyday property care, maintaining cleanliness between general cleanings, preparing the apartment after normal use or regular servicing of rental apartments.
This is not general deep cleaning and not post-renovation cleaning. The main purpose of maintenance cleaning is to remove current everyday dirt, dust, signs of regular use, clean the main areas and keep the property visually neat.
The work is carried out according to the Home Guardy checklist, with a clear sequence of tasks, technical cleaning cards, quality control and result confirmation. Before starting, the cleaner inspects the property and assesses the condition of the kitchen, bathroom, floors, furniture, glass surfaces and high-use areas. After cleaning, you can receive a photo or video report. If you are not on site, live video access or remote visual control of the process is available on request.

These tasks can be calculated separately if they are available for service and agreed in advance.
Our approach
We do not work on the principle of “quickly wiping what is visible”. We follow a clear checklist. This helps maintain stable cleaning quality, especially when the property is serviced regularly or the owner is away.
For each property, we can record the cleaning history, notes, before/after photos, access details, owner preferences and additional instructions. This approach is especially convenient for rental apartments, properties owned by people who do not live nearby and small studios where it is important to maintain order without constant personal supervision.
Important conditions
Furniture, appliances and heavy items are not moved without your consent. If access to hard-to-reach areas is required, the cleaner will agree this with you in advance.
If the studio is heavily soiled, after a party, after long-term use without cleaning, after pets, tenants or with a large amount of non-standard dirt, the price may be calculated with an additional coefficient from 1.2 to 2.0. In this case, the cleaner or manager will agree any price change before starting additional work.
We do not clean properties with active mould, bed bugs, insects, biological contamination or unsafe sanitary conditions. In such cases, you must first contact a specialised disinfection or pest control service.
Payment and documents
Payment is made on site after the service: in cash or by card via payment link.
The service price is excluding VAT. If you need an official invoice, 21% VAT is added.
By placing an order for maintenance cleaning of a Studio T0, you agree to the offer agreement, service rules, basic checklist scope, limitations and the list of tasks not included in the basic price.
