The service is intended for pools that require more intensive cleaning than routine maintenance or standard water treatment can provide.
The existing pool water is drained using the installed system or suitable pumping equipment where conditions allow.
After draining, accessible pool walls, floor, steps and other internal surfaces are cleaned to remove dirt, algae residue and normal surface deposits.
Basic brushing, washing and removal of loose contamination are included as part of the standard cleaning process.
Skimmers, accessible drains and other visible pool components may be cleaned while the pool is empty.
After cleaning, the pool is prepared for refilling and filled using the property's available water supply unless another arrangement has been agreed.
The cost of water used to refill the pool is not included in the service price.
Pool chemicals, disinfectants, pH-control products and other water-treatment products are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
Heavy scale, mineral deposits, rust staining, deeply embedded stains or specialist acid cleaning are not included and may require separate treatment.
Cracks, damaged tiles, grout defects, leaking fittings, waterproofing problems and structural repairs are not included.
Repair of pumps, filters, valves, pipework, lights and other pool equipment is charged separately.
The time required for draining and refilling depends on pool volume, drainage conditions and available water flow.
