Recurring monthly maintenance of 1 medium-sized private garden at a home, villa, rental property, community property, office or other premises.
The service includes 1 scheduled gardening visit per month for routine maintenance and general garden care.
Typical work may include light weeding, removal of dry leaves and plant debris, tidying flower beds, basic plant care and light pruning of shrubs.
Seasonal maintenance is adjusted according to plant growth, weather conditions and the condition of the garden at the time of each visit.
Routine lawn mowing, hedge trimming and shrub maintenance may be carried out within the available visit time where appropriate and included in the agreed maintenance plan.
Basic visual checks of accessible irrigation areas may be carried out during maintenance, but repair or modification of the irrigation system is not included.
Green waste generated during normal maintenance may be collected and left in an agreed location within the property.
Transport and off-site disposal of larger quantities of branches, grass or other green waste are charged separately.
Plants, soil, fertiliser, mulch, irrigation components, chemicals and other materials are not included unless specifically stated in the maintenance agreement.
Tree pruning, major hedge reduction, specialist height work and other arboricultural services are not included.
A neglected or heavily overgrown garden may require an initial clearance or recovery service before recurring maintenance begins.
Additional visits, additional labour or work beyond the agreed monthly maintenance scope are charged separately.
