Recurring maintenance of 1 private swimming pool at a home, villa, rental property or other residential premises.
The maintenance schedule is agreed according to pool size, season, usage level, water condition and installed filtration equipment.
Visits may be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or at another agreed frequency depending on the requirements of the property.
Routine work may include removal of floating debris, brushing of accessible walls and steps, vacuuming of the pool floor and cleaning of skimmer baskets.
Basic water checks may include pH and disinfectant levels and other relevant parameters where suitable testing equipment is available.
Water balance may be adjusted where required using suitable pool chemicals supplied separately unless included in the maintenance agreement.
The filtration system is visually checked during routine visits and may be backwashed or rinsed where required and compatible with the installed equipment.
Accessible pump, filter, valves and other standard pool components may be visually checked for obvious signs of abnormal operation.
Pool chemicals, disinfectants, pH-control products, flocculants, algaecides and other consumables are not included unless specifically stated in the maintenance agreement.
Repair or replacement of pumps, filters, valves, dosing systems, pipework, lights and other pool equipment is not included.
Green, heavily contaminated or neglected pools requiring recovery treatment are handled as a separate service.
Major water correction, complete draining, deep cleaning and refilling of the pool are not included unless separately agreed.
Additional visits or work beyond the agreed recurring maintenance scope are charged separately.
