The service is intended for mature trees that require professional assessment and may require specialist access or safety equipment.
Pruning may include removal of selected dry, damaged, crossing, poorly positioned or excessive branches where appropriate.
Crown thinning, shaping or reduction may be carried out where technically suitable and safe for the tree species and condition.
The amount and type of pruning depend on the tree species, age, season, structural condition and safe pruning limits.
Before work begins, the tree and surrounding area may need to be assessed for access, falling-branch risks, nearby structures and other hazards.
Trees close to buildings, roofs, roads, vehicles, pools, neighbouring properties or utility infrastructure may require additional safety measures.
Rope access, climbing systems, cherry pickers, cranes or other specialist access equipment are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
Removal of large or heavy limbs, extensive crown reduction or work involving complex rigging may require a separate quotation.
Branches and green waste may be cut down and collected within the property. Transport and off-site disposal of large volumes of branches, timber or green waste are charged separately.
Complete tree removal, stump grinding and root removal are separate services.
Pest treatment, disease treatment, fertilisation and other arboricultural treatments are not included unless specifically agreed.
Where local regulations require permits, specialist qualifications or authorised contractors for certain tree works, the service is carried out accordingly.
