Professional minor adjustment of standard door handles, latches and locks for homes, apartments, offices and rental properties.

The price shown applies to adjustment of 1 door fitting or locking mechanism.

The service may include tightening accessible screws and fittings, adjusting the handle mechanism, correcting minor latch or strike plate misalignment and basic adjustment of an existing lock where technically possible.

The service is intended for minor faults where the existing handle, latch, lock, door and frame are generally in serviceable condition.

Replacement handles, locks, cylinders, latches, strike plates, screws and other spare parts are not included unless stated otherwise.

The service does not include emergency door opening, lock picking, key cutting, replacement of complete locking systems, repair of severely damaged doors or frames, access control systems or major locksmith work.

If the existing mechanism is defective or damaged beyond adjustment, replacement parts and additional labour will be quoted separately.
