The service is intended for minor faults where the main shutter structure, box, axle and guide system remain generally serviceable.
Replacement straps, winders, slats, bearings, brackets and other spare parts are not included in the service price unless stated otherwise.
The service does not include complete replacement of the shutter, major reconstruction of the shutter box or guides, replacement of the complete axle, electrical work, motor replacement or repair of automated shutter systems.
If inspection identifies damaged components or a fault requiring substantial repair, the necessary parts and additional labour will be quoted separately before proceeding.
