The service includes checking the proposed mounting position, assessment of the wall condition and suitability, installation of a compatible wall bracket, mounting and levelling the TV, and a basic stability check after installation.
The customer should provide a suitable heavy-duty wall bracket compatible with the TV size, weight and VESA mounting pattern unless bracket supply is agreed separately.
Due to the size and weight of large televisions, the wall must be suitable for safe installation. Plasterboard, hollow walls, weak substrates, stone, tile or other non-standard surfaces may require special anchors, reinforcement or additional installation work.
For safety, installation may require two technicians depending on the TV weight, dimensions and access conditions.
The service does not include concealed cable routing, installation of new electrical sockets, antenna or network points, wall reinforcement, wall repairs, decorative finishing or supply of the TV bracket unless stated otherwise.
The final installation position must provide safe support and suitable access to power, signal and network connections.
