The price shown is for installation of 1 standard curtain rail or track.
The service includes checking the proposed installation position, basic assessment of the wall or ceiling, marking, drilling where required, installation of suitable standard fixings, mounting and levelling the rail, and a basic stability check after installation.
The customer should provide the curtain rail, track, brackets and any dedicated mounting components supplied with the product unless otherwise agreed.
Standard fixings are used where suitable. Plasterboard, hollow walls, suspended ceilings, weak substrates, tile, stone or other non-standard surfaces may require special anchors or additional work.
The service does not include supply of the curtain rail, curtains, decorative wall or ceiling repairs, electrical work, structural reinforcement, shortening or modification of complex systems, or installation of unusually long, heavy or motorised curtain tracks unless stated otherwise.
The final installation position must allow safe fixing and be suitable for the size and weight of the curtain system.
