The service includes removal of the existing accessible silicone, basic cleaning and preparation of the joint, and application of new sanitary silicone to the treated area.
The price applies to one standard shower sealing job with normal access and a typical amount of silicone.
The service is suitable for old, cracked, discoloured or partially detached silicone that needs replacement.
Sanitary silicone and standard consumables are included unless otherwise stated in the service card.
The service does not include repair of leaking pipes, damaged shower trays, loose tiles, grout replacement, hidden water damage, structural waterproofing or major mould remediation.
If significant moisture, damaged substrate or another underlying problem is discovered after removing the old silicone, additional repair work may be required and quoted separately.
The treated area should remain dry and unused for the curing period recommended for the silicone used.
